Yes, it’s easy to change the credit card being billed during a subscription. The method is slightly different depending on which biller you joined through.
To find out which biller you joined through
It’s very likely you joined via GMBill.com, our primary biller (around 99% of all customers use GMB). There are several ways to check which biller you joined through, listed as easiest first:
- Visit the My Account page on abbywinters.com (you must be logged in for this link to work). On the left panel, “Account Summary”, the biller used is listed.
- Locate the subscriptions confirmation email we sent when you joined (probably search your email for emails mentioning “abbywinters.com”), the biller will be clearly identified there.
- Check your credit card statement to find out which biller you joined via – it will say “CCBill.com” or “GMBill.com”.
Change credit card with our primary biller, GMBill.com
Login with GMBill.com’s Account Lookup tool. You will need your abbywinters.com username and password. On the left panel, update your credit card details (for security reasons, all details are required, even if you’re just updating the expiration date).
Change credit card with our our secondary biller, CCBill.com
Log in to CCBill’s customer support page, and use the “change credit card” option.
