We make it easy to cancel rebills. There are two ways, on the abbywinters.com site itself (when logged in), or on our biller’s site. But first…
Regardless of how you cancel
Do not assume rebills are cancelled until you receive the confirmation email, sent within a few minutes of cancelling.
Check if your cancellation was successful by visiting the Members home, top right corner of the page, be logged in, and look to the right of Logged in as <you>. If you don’t see a line that says Expires in: <days>, your rebills are not cancelled!
Cancelling rebills on abbywinters.com
Be logged in to abbywinters.com. From the Control Panel top right, select Preferences, then select the subscriptions tab. Under “Current Subscription” click “Cancel Rebills”. If subscribed to several sub-sites, you can choose to cancel only some of them, or all. We ask that you let us know why you’re cancelling, so we can improve the site.
Rebills can also be “un-cancelled” (that is, you’d like to start being rebilled again).
Cancelling rebills via the biller
abbywinters.com does not bill you directly – we work with billing companies who ensure your credit card data is kept securely. We work with two billers, GMBill and CCBill. A huge majority of our subscriptions is through GMBill (around 99.8%) so it’s likely you’re being billed through GMB. CCBill is a back-up biller.
The best way to know which biller you are being billed through is to review your credit card statement – the line will clearly indicate CCBill or GMBill.
Click the logo above to cancel rebills for the relevant biller – you probably used GMBill.com – around 99% of all our customers do. Have your account information – emailed when you joined – ready.
