We make it easy to cancel rebills. But first…
Regardless of how you cancel
Do not assume rebills are actually cancelled until you receive the confirmation email, sent within a few minutes of cancelling. The email may be in your spam folder.
You can also check if your cancellation was successful by visiting the Members home, top right corner of the page, be logged in, and look to the right of Logged in as .
If you don’t see a line that says Expires in: , your rebills are not cancelled!

ABOVE: This user has successfully cancelled all rebills (or, joined on a non-rebilling subscription).
How do I know who billed me?
abbywinters.com does not bill you directly – we work with billing companies who ensure your credit card data is kept securely.
We work with two billers, GMBill and CCBill. The majority of our sales are processed through through GMBill so it’s likely you’re being billed through GMB. CCBill is our back-up biller.
The best way to know which biller you are being billed through is to review your credit card statement – the line item will clearly indicate CCBill or GMBill.

ABOVE: Searching for the biller name in the online credit card portal. There’s one result for GMBill.com in May 2021.
You can also search your emails for the phrase “gmbill” and “ccbill” to see which biller was used when you joined up. The email will mention our site name, abbywinters.com.

Cancelling rebills on abbywinters.com (GMBill.com only)

Be logged in to abbywinters.com. From the Control Panel top right, select Preferences, then select the subscriptions tab. Under “Current Subscription” click “Cancel Rebills”.
If subscribed to several sub-sites, you can choose to cancel only some of them, or all. We ask that you let us know why you’re cancelling, so we can improve the site.
